Sunday School
Sunday 10.15am – 11.10am
The purpose of our Sunday School is to teach boys and girls the Word of God and in so doing to point them to the Saviour.
2nd Timothy Ch 3 v15, ” And that from a child thou hast known the
holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation
through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
We meet on the Lords Day in the Church Hall at 10.15 am to
11.10am where we commence by singing choruses and then go to
the class rooms where the children are taught from a set Curriculum of
Bible Stories, Memory Verses and Catechism. Every lesson is from
Gods Word, as the Scriptures tell us to “Train up a child in the way he
should go”. We believe that God’s Word in the heart of a child
can and will bring forth Salvation! All of our 8 teachers
profess faith in Christ and pray earnestly that God’s Word will
bring forth fruit.
Throughout the year we have our annual Sunday School Trip and Children’s Parties.
To any child who does not attend Sunday School, we give you an
invitation to come and join with us each Lords Day where you will
be made most welcome.
